With experience spanning marketing, operations, HR, and business systems, Dizzie Hill is a creative business strategist and consultant who bridges design thinking with operational excellence. As the founder of Dizzie Design Co., she partners with small businesses and organizations to align their brand, marketing, and internal systems for sustainable, scalable growth.

Her entrepreneurial journey began as the designer in her mother’s basement screen-printing shop, sparking a lifelong passion for helping local businesses stand out through thoughtful design and efficient systems. She later led People Operations at Immersive Gamebox, where she helped drive eightfold business growth by building scalable HR frameworks and improving cross-department processes. At the international retailer SPAR, Dizzie created and facilitated company-wide learning programs and launched the brand’s first learning and development strategy.

Based in St. Louis, Missouri, Dizzie is also a yoga teacher, bringing mindfulness and a holistic lens to her coaching work.
